The tutor needs to be 'up' to offset the unmotivated learners. I think this is draining over the long term. My mum talks about the 'petrol tank'. You have to keep regularly topping it up otherwise you run out! <br /><br />How do tutors stay passionate day in day out? <br /><br />This should possibly be mentioned in the induction plan - imagine an organisation actually building support in right from the start.
